At Lorex Pro, we stand behind our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your Lorex Pro account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
